This magical overnight experience departs late afternoon from Te Anau and takes you first by luxury coach along the scenic Milford Road, stopping en route to take photos and stretch your legs. This journey takes around three hours in each direction and the coaches have glass rooves for the best views along the way. Upon reaching the wharf at Milford you board the Milford Mariner which this evening takes you the full length of the fiord to the Tasman Sea. The boat then anchors in a sheltered cove where you have the option to join a guided tour of the shoreline either on a small tender or by kayak. Later on, enjoy a delicious buffet dinner before relaxing with your fellow guests or watching the stars come to life on the deck. In the morning a hearty breakfast is served before the boat moves on to explore further nooks and crannies of the fiord, finally arriving back in Te Anau at around 09:00.
