High Peaks offers good quality, motel-style accommodation located in a fantastic spot on Cook Flat Road, about a 15-minute walk from Fox Glacier township. The Southern Alps are right on your doorstep and there are splendid views towards the forest-clad hillsides and mountains from the property. There are 19 generously proportioned rooms with an equally generous superking bed, lounge chairs and tea and coffee making facilities. On wetter days cosy up in the guest lounge but when the sun is out enjoy the gardens and views from the veranda. There is also has a small restaurant which serves breakfast and evening meals (not included), which is handy as there are somewhat limited eating options in Fox Glacier.
