Set right on the edge of Lake Rotorua, Koura Lodge is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby town. This welcoming boutique property has just nine rooms, all of which open out on to a veranda or patio area with splendid views of the lake. The rooms have a king-size bed and comfortable armchairs along with TV and complimentary WiFi. A buffet and cooked breakfast is included in your stay and guests have use of an outdoor hot tub and sauna, as well as canoes for exploring the shoreline. The lake is also safe for swimming and so at the end of a hot day there is always the option to take a plunge off the lodge’s jetty!
